Apply for a housing contract


Harmony Hall

1. Convenient Location

Harmony Hall is located just steps from the Brodhead Bistro, the award winning food court that has convenient operating hours seven day a week.  A free parking lot for students is also located nearby. Plus, it’s easy to make it to class on time, with everything on campus being just a short walk away.


2. Comfortable Residence Hall

Harmony Hall holds approximately 212 students and is staffed by professional live-in coordinators and resident assistants (RAs). There is basic cable and a high-speed Internet connection as well as carpeting and a microwave-fridge in every room.  Other amenities of the halls include a recently renovated lobby with two large TVs and wireless internet and a recreation room that features a pool table. There is also laundry facilities, and a conference/quiet study room.

3. You could work on campus

Many locations across campus hire work study students. Jobs include working in the Brodhead Bistro, the library, computer labs, Center for Academic Achievement and in offices around campus.


4. Safety

Students enter the residence halls by using their student IDs with a swipe card system. Resident Coordinators, RAs, and Penn State Police are available 24/7. The police officers on campus are state-sanctioned and actively patrol the campus. Plus, Penn State Beaver is rated 14th in the ranking of safest University campuses in the state of Pennsylvania.

5. New Friends

Living in Harmony Hall allows you to meet a variety of students from different backgrounds and helps you form close friendships. Many of our alumni say they have remained friends with their roommates and other Harmony Hall residents long after they graduated.

Step 1

Explore this website to review degrees, certificates, and course offerings.

Step 2

Mail all official transcripts to:

Admissions Office

Monaca, PA 15061

Your official transcripts may include:

  • High school transcript or GED
  • Any prior college transcripts
  • Military transcripts, copy of DD214

Step 3

Schedule a visit to meet with a Penn State Beaver admissions counselor and tour our beautiful campus. It's best to schedule a visit after all of your official transcripts have been received by our Admissions Office. Step 4

You can apply for admission to Penn State online. If you prefer to complete a hard copy application, please contact us at 1-877-JOIN-PSU or br-admissions@psu.edu.

Step 5

Apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Penn State’s FASFA code is 003329.
