Who Should Attend: Individuals who have experience as systems analysts, business analysts, IT project managers, project leaders, product managers, or program managers.
About This Program: This workshop will cover the strategies, techniques, and tools needed for
effective process mapping.
You can learn to:
• identify business processes that could become more streamlined.
• communicate effectively with key stakeholders to understand their process needs as well as their understanding of any challenges.
• identify different components of the business process, select the most appropriate solution to the process, clearly define the future process state, and plan for a successful change event.
