Students are conducting food drive for BB/BS
Penn State Beaver students are conducting a non-perishable food drive to benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters (BB/BS) of Beaver County. Collection boxes are located in the main lobby of the Ross Administration Building and throughout the Student Union Building. Food and any other non-perishable donations must be placed in a collection box by 5 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2.
For more than a decade, Beaver campus students have served as Big Brothers or Big Sisters for hundreds of area children who are BB/BS clients. Student mentors are drawn from a wide variety of academic programs and majors, including psychology, engineering, science, sociology, and communications.
