College Fair is free and open to the public
Prospective college students, their families, and the public are invited to attend the Eleventh Annual Beaver County College Fair, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 4, in the Penn State Beaver gymnasium. The event is free, and no registration is required.
Representatives from more than 100 colleges, universities, and technical schools and the military will be at the College Fair to provide information and answer questions. The event, which is cosponsored by Beaver campus and the Beaver County Times, is recognized as the premier college fair serving Beaver county students.
Representatives from schools, universities, and colleges from Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New York, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Michigan, Virginia, and Indiana are expected to participate. In addition to college recruiters, a representative from the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) will be available to answer questions about financial aid. Representatives from the Educational Opportunity Centers and the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit's Regional Choice Initiative Program will available as well.
Plenty of free parking is available on campus, and parking attendants will be
available to provide parking direction.
